Mother's Day Home Treat

The family decided to stay at home for the weekend. After all Mommy & Daddy had been spending a number of weekends away from home, not to mention returning home late nights these past few months.

OK, Mommy still attended the Keep Yourself Safe (KYSS) program with a few of Ungu 55 participants on Saturday but that's it.

Mommy's two boys had been lovely for the Mother's day weekend. They both had a nice present for Mommy. Nah, not gonna brag about the presents here. LOL

And they both cooked for Mommy!

We did our grocery shopping after the KYSS program at Aeon Tropicana Mall because I like to shop there and we were in close vicinity that day.
Stir-fried pasta topped with salmon with Sarawak black pepper. Yummy!
A hearty breakfast the next morning. Complete with coffee.
And later, a nice stew perfect for a rainy day.

Hubby had cooked a lot, knowing we all love his stew so this both for lunch and dinner.
For dinner, we'll enjoy it with some pasta and salad.

A nice, rather quiet Sunday and I guess it is just what I need to recharge and rejuvenate.

No lazy days or weekends starting next week as my 12-weeks training starts tomorrow and I've already signed up for a few races for training such as Boh Eco Trail Run, TMMT, TM Fan Run and SCKLM.
