Sometimes, It's Not All About Winning

Watch the clip. Please.

A good reminder for us to stop and think that life is not all about us alone.

    2. yalor, Connor's speech made me tear. Some siblings although having the same blood in their bodies, go for one another's throat. Scary world and humans.

  3. True, true... The world does not revolve around us alone and the end does not justify the means, we need to remind ourselves this.

    1. No point in being the best - straight As, high position, rich.... if you are selfish and think only of yourself.

      That's what I believe.

  4. Thanks for posting this video Lina. Once in a while kena ada 'reminder' that many others out there have more difficulties...but they managed to make good out of it.
Teringat kat Team Hoyt bila tengok video ni. Not only the time when the father&son are racing but the behind-the-scenes esp how the father takes care of his son.
Teringat jugak *sikit2 la hehe* when my hubby carried Zuleyka up Bukit Broga. We could just leave her with my parents for a few hours..but decided that she should be given a chance to go up with her brothers, too.
    Okay sedikit emo already... :)

    1. Millie,
Yes! That's another inspiring and tear inducing duo.

Sometimes, I just had to remind myself that there are others who go through worse condition than I do and still persevere.

I mmg respek you and your hubby on how you two include your kids into activities, despite the challenges. Zuleyka and the boys are lucky. :)

    1. OMG! At 9, I was busy being annoyed with my little brother and sisters instead of wanting to have the best moment with them! LOL
