Take Me Somewhere Sunny, Please!!!

All the rain that we are experiencing nowadays are making me depressed. I dislike being cold and wet. On rainy days like this, I just want to escape and head over to the beach and enjoy the sun.

And if it rains, with my treadmill still not in working condition, I can't even run around the neighbourhood. Rain sure makes me restless.

Take me somewhere sunny, please! The Caribbean sure sounds nice. ^^ But before I ever go there, better get my butt back in shape!

  1. The caribbean sounds nice. A warm beach with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and a cold beer in hand.

  6. @SK,
I wish I can jog in the morning, but when I stayed at my FIL's Tue-Thu, the place isn't conducive for running when it's dark - kena run over by vehicle, I die woh! o.O

When I'm at our place, we go out at 6.30am, and if I'm to run I need to wake up latest 4.30am. Too lazy!

So what to do - run after work lor... my treadmill technician coming this Saturday so before that I'm hoping no rain in the evening after work. I want to make sure my Adidas shoes won't gather dust. ^^

  8. i actually enjoy the rain more than the heat, the sun often make my head throbs. but you're right, we can run when the weather gets too wet, it's quite a drag.

  9. @levian,
I like sunny days but I would not want to be under the direct sun for long or other than when I'm lounging by the beach! XD

So enjoying the wet days now. :)

Yeah, I have to wait until 9pm sometimes. :(

But well, one thing good is that after the rain is kinda cool to run. But I wish the rain came earlier too! :)

  19. For me, I prefer rain to the hot sun.. Hot sun (especially the one right on top of your head at 12pm) makes me crazy sleepy.. I hate that! Rain, I love.. :P
